I spent the last 10 years trying everything (Noom, WW, vegan & vegetarian diets) to stop the gradual weight gain that coincided with menopause. I just couldn’t eat as much as I used to without gaining weight, and started to suffer from inflammation in my knees.
I hated feeling sluggish in the morning, having sugar highs & lows during the day. I was becoming annoyed with diets. I hated the all or nothing cycle I was in, and really hated that I couldn’t get into an easy groove where I could enjoy life and food to create a healthy lifestyle.
