I’ve tried keto before and it didn’t work, why will this be any different? There are many factors that can influence whether or not someone is successful on a keto diet. We will first go over why it didn’t work for you, what is required on a keto diet, and set you up with a personalized step-by-step plan for success. We will also delve into the most important tool for any successful weight loss journey - our brains! We will develop healthy keto habits to make keto simple and easy to follow, build self awareness to uncover any triggers, and overcome any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. (These are things we often learn during our childhood but carry with us into adulthood and can prevent us from reaching our full potential).
If I start a keto diet, do I have to be on it forever? This decision is entirely up to you! But let’s get real. If you go back to eating the high carb, and sugary foods that caused you to gain weight in the first place, then chances are you’ll end up right where you started. Does doing keto mean you’ll never be able to eat carbs again?? Nope! It’s your life and we need to develop a plan that works specifically for you. I can teach you how to incorporate carbs into a ketogenic lifestyle, and make a plan to get back on track. This will help you to continue moving forward towards your goals, without ruining all of your progress.
What if I don’t have the money? Here is what I’ve learned so far in life when it comes to investments. The more you put into it - the more you’ll get out of it. No one is going to care about you the way that you need to care about yourself, and you are worth it. Yes, there’s a chance you can do all the research, create your own plan, do it on your own, and keep your fingers crossed that it actually sticks this time. But, I want you to know that you don’t have to. There’s a lot of conflicting information out there that may not work for you, you may get overwhelmed and confused, and you may not stick with it, or even start at all. That’s why private coaching is so valuable. You’re not getting some cookie cutter, “one size fits all” program - because our bodies are not all the same - so that doesn’t make sense! You’re getting someone who has been there before, and will show you how to get the results you deserve - a heck of a lot faster than navigating through it alone. If you don’t have the funds to make a payment in full, I totally understand that. Payment plans are available for up to 6 months. Just mention it on our Consultation Call and I would be happy to discuss it, and set something up for you. Payment plans are a max of 6 months, with no interest charged.
What about refunds? Due to the nature of our work together, refunds will not be available. It takes a lot of energy and commitment on both ends to create a private coaching program specifically suited to your needs. Plus it’s all about having the right attitude and mindset! If you go into the program already feeling suspicious that it won’t even work, and planning on a refund the minute it gets hard, chances are that’s exactly what will happen - and you will be doing yourself a serious disservice. If you go into the program feeling grateful and open to learn new ways to feel healthier, happier, and in the body you want - then that’s what will happen! Once you have paid, no refunds will be offered.
How are sessions scheduled? After the payment is made, I will be in contact with you to discuss a convenient day and time of the week. Once that is agreed upon, all of your sessions will be scheduled for you. If for some reason you need to cancel/reschedule, please have the same courtesy that I would have for you and do so 24 hours in advance. I totally get it that stuff comes up in life, kids get sick, cars break down, etc. so we will simply reschedule once you let me know you are unable to attend.
